I recommend that you work with a coach for a minimum of six months to one year. This will ensure you build a trusting relationship and have time to work through any limiting beliefs or inner blocks that may be holding you back. All programs start with a complimentary 60-minute strategy session where you identify hurdles, set challenging goals, and choose the program that is best for you.

There’s no cancellation fee with 24 hours or more notice. Please let me know if you have something that comes up and I'll work with you to reschedule.
Typically, we schedule 45-50 minutes for coaching sessions to give you time to wrap up and prepare for your next meeting. If you need something different, let's talk about it and I'll be happy to accommodate your scheduling needs.
We offer 3, 6 and 12 month coaching engagements.
Some sessions may include online assessments or other work. I will also make recommendations for additional reading and resources.
