Early on in my career, I was fortunate to work for a leader who profoundly influenced my approach to management. This individual, through their demonstration of empathy, connection, communication, and emotional intelligence, taught me that an effective leader must go beyond mere technical expertise.

In my journey, I have also learned the significance of self-leadership skills in preventing burnout and finding fulfillment in our work. This realization drove my continuous pursuit of personal growth, which I believe is essential for professional advancement and effective leadership.

Having sat across from leaders in various industries, I learned the unique skills needed for successful leadership that traditional job training often overlooks. This insight led me to pursue Professional Coaching Certification, an experience that forever changed my perspective and life.

I am is an experienced Executive Coach with an extensive background in business and leadership. I am a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

With extensive experience across various industries, I enjoy collaborating with executives at all levels of management to shape their leadership and business strategies.

As an executive coach, I provide a confidential and safe place to help leaders navigate through change, personal struggles, and complex business challenges.

With nearly 20 years of experience across a broad range of financial and corporate finance functions working in senior positions with high-level executives, I understand strategy, operations, and functional roles.

My coaching combines my business acumen, financial expertise, empathy, and clarity. I hold a certification in DISC behavior style methodology (Maxwell DISC) designed to improve communication, expand relationships, and create a common understanding in organizations. I am also certified in Emotional Intelligence assessment EQi 2.0 and EQ 360, helping managers develop their emotional intelligence in order to improve performance.

I have participated in several leadership initiatives, including teaching values-based leadership to educational, government, and other organizations in Panama to develop stronger values and social change.

I hold an Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation.

I am a certified graduate of the Professional Coaching Program at the University of Miami (PCC level) and a Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer & Speaker.
